During my stay at Hotel Hatem at the concierge and Soufian, the reception manager, left an indelible impression with their exceptional service and genuine care for guests, making my experience truly remarkable. Am Ms Rajaa I stayed 2 days The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, The welcome gift in the room was a thoughtful gesture, I was particularly impressed with the attentiveness of the front desk staff specially Ms YOUSRA and Mr IHAB . I was especially grateful for YOUSRA 's assistance with her exceptional service and Gengenuine consideration during my Stay ❤️

Thanks to the whole team especially Yousra from Reception she's exceptionally helpful and friendly, she can guide you through the place and help you in anything and everything. We had an amazing time in the hotel, thanks to the restaurant team as well ,The food is incredible also the atmosphere is just perfect at the swimming pool, highly Recommended

We had a fantastic stay ! Excellent location, accessible from the airport and perfect as a base for getting to all parts of the city. The breakfast was amazing and varied to suit all tastes. Our room on the 32th floor had a beautiful view. It was also well cleaned and the bed comfortable Recommended to everyone, many congratulations

Nice hotel, wonderful facilities especially the pool, amazing staff from Reception Taher and Yousra are very helpful and professional..Also, I don't want to forget Ahmed ali from the restaurant . thank you and will come back
