During my stay at Hotel Hatem at the concierge and Soufian, the reception manager, left an indelible impression with their exceptional service and genuine care for guests, making my experience truly remarkable. Hatem's extensive local knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond ensured that all my needs were met effortlessly, while Soufian's attentiveness and seamless management of the reception area created a welcoming and efficient environment. Their dedication and professionalism reflect the hotel's commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience.

Thanks to the whole team especially Yousra from Reception she's exceptionally helpful and friendly, she can guide you through the place and help you in anything and everything. We had an amazing time in the hotel, thanks to the restaurant team as well ,The food is incredible also the atmosphere is just perfect at the swimming pool, highly Recommended

We had a fantastic stay ! Excellent location, accessible from the airport and perfect as a base for getting to all parts of the city. The breakfast was amazing and varied to suit all tastes. Our room on the 32th floor had a beautiful view. It was also well cleaned and the bed comfortable Recommended to everyone, many congratulations
